Are you a strategic leader with a passion for holistic wellness and guest experience? We are looking for a **Wellness Manager** who will lead and elevate the hotel’s wellness offerings—spanning spa, fitness, recreation, and wellbeing programs—while driving service excellence, team performance, and commercial success.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Managing end-to-end operations of the Wellness portfolio (Spa, Fitness, Pool/Recreation).
+ Designing and delivering premium wellness experiences aligned with brand standards.
+ Leading, coaching, and developing a multidisciplinary wellness team (therapists, instructors, attendants).
+ Driving revenue through treatment menus, memberships, packages, retail, and promotions.
