Our client

is seeking locally based candidates for the role of Welding Support Operations to work in Brisbane. Job purpose is to ensure timely processing and entry of customer orders and quotations and coordinate the Warehouse and Dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries. Key Areas of Activity & Responsibility: Batch TestingBatch testing is conducted ensuring all batches conform to Australian and Customers StandardsTasks for batch testing include:- Incoming goods inspections. Ensuring appropriately recording QA related issues such as Non-Conformances- Test welding, ensuring welders assistant maintains the most up to date testing of batches- Rail Welding for Batch Testing- Hardness Testing- Load Testing- Completion of all related forms for Batch testing, along with Certificates.- Reporting of any non-conformances to Welding Supervisor or Technical Manager- Liaising with Railtech International and Customers with Test results
