The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in welding methods, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding procedures accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily welding and fabrication activities on-site or in the workshop.
Interpret and review fabrication drawings, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Allocate work assignments to welders and ensure proper use of welding machines and consumables.
