In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Welding Process Development & Optimization
Develop and qualify WPS/PQR for Stellite hardfacing, overlay welding, and fabrication of valve components.Select welding consumables, define parameters, and specify preheat/interpass requirements.Optimize welding processes to improve quality and reduce cycle times.2. Production Support
Provide technical support during fabrication and hardfacing of TOV, Ball Valve, and pressure-containing components.Prepare weld maps and guide welders through sequencing and distortion control.Troubleshoot weld defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.3. Quality Control & Compliance
