Job Description:
Pay Range: $47hr - $50hr
The Weld Engineer Specialist is responsible for implementing and developing laser-based welding processes to meet specified design and manufacturing requirements. This role provides strong mechanical and technical leadership in laser welding technology while supporting production, process improvement, and capital equipment initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in laser welding of aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium, along with experience in close-tolerance fabrication and assembly environments. Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, or a Graduate degree with a minimum of two years of related experience.
