Website Developer

The selected candidate will work as part of a growing development team on a long-term software project. The role involves both development and gradual ownership of application modules. We are looking for someone who is technically sound, responsible, and has the potential to grow into a senior or leadership role over time.
The developer will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and maintaining ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core web applications and APIs
Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Working with SQL Server for data design, queries, and performance improvements
Collaborating with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Debugging, fixing issues, and improving existing systems
Participating in code reviews and following best development practices
Gradually taking ownership of features or modules
Communicating progress, challenges, and ideas clearly within the team
