RECODemand is hiring a Webinar Virtual Assistant to attend our webinars for real estate agents and mortgage brokers. Your role includes answering questions, engaging in the group chat, and ensuring participants understand our webinar system's benefits. If you're proactive, professional, and love helping others, join us to make an impact in the real estate and mortgage industry in North America!

Schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Must Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a related role
  • 2+ years using webinar platforms and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack)
  • 2+ years with CRM tools (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong written communication skills for group chats and Q&A sessions
  • Knowledge of real estate or mortgage industry terminology is a plus
