• Clear understanding of Information Technology and IT processes
• Consider dependencies to other global and regional projects
• Support the Service Owner and stakeholders with tasks and approval
• Analyze business requirements and processes to support infrastructure service design
• Prepare and contribute to architectural quality reviews
• Contribute to service strategy and architecture definition
• Share best practices across teams
• Identify and track issues in collaboration with other workstreams
• Implement and optimize Data Center services and ITIL processes globally
• Ensure data and information security in Data Center services
• Provide timely reports (Status, Rollout Plan, Risks, etc.)
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and external providers
