About the Role
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Shopify theme development, customization, and third-party/custom app (plugin) integration. The role involves building scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions and experimenting with new features to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Theme Development & Integration
- Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Convert design files (Figma/PSD) into responsive Shopify themes
- Optimize themes for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
2. Custom Plugin / App Integration
- Integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs
- Develop custom Shopify apps (public/private) as per business needs
