About the Role

Responsibilities


  • Maintain a strong NWMO presence on digital channels like the NWMO website and related website content. The Associate will be responsible for developing, managing, implementing, and measuring digital strategies, guidelines, procedures/protocols and editorial plans for the website content. Strategies are sometimes based on confidential information.

  • Maintain and grow the NWMOs website presence and audience, managing on-line relationships and mitigating issues and misinformation in the online domain. Respond appropriately to internal requests from the organization for updating website content. Provide support, diagnostics, enhancements, and repairs, as required.

  • Conduct studies to assist users in defining and documenting functional requirements, data, security and operational constraints requirements related to Sitecore
