- Solid experience in PHP development, particularly with CakePHP and MySQL

- Strong coding abilities

- Experience with distributed memory caching systems (like Memcache)

- Good understanding of database concepts

- Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Experience in analyzing requirements and converting specifications into technical solutions
