Salary Starting Salary 22,000php per month
Job Responsibilities
- Help customers with orders, complaints and questions about the products we sell
- Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
- Help customers understand the product and answer questions about their purchase/returns
- Creating reports and searching for prices for the devices being sold and track the devices being delivered
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service role experience
- Experience handling e-commerce accounts is a plus
- Knowledge of Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces preferred but not required
- Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
