We are hiring – Customer Care & marketing

Customer Care tasks include working in a variety of customer interface roles. You are involved in our Trading (Food and Pet Food) operations on a daily basis in close cooperation with our Product Manager. You are responsible for receiving and registration of customer orders, and purchasing from our Suppliers around Europe. You use the web-based Netbaron ERP system and MS Office applications as your tools.

You play a key role in Finmatec’s marketing. You develop advertising material in close cooperation with our advertising agencies. You are also responsible for maintaining and developing our Social Media channels. When participating in trade shows, you are a part of our team implementing spectacular events around the world.

You have a few years of work experience in customer service, preferably in an international environment. With your strong communication skills and positive attitude, you are able to face various daily challenges in close cooperation with custom...
