Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Warehousing Manager to lead high-volume warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on speed, accuracy, inventory control, and team performance to ensure seamless inbound and outbound operations while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Ensure rapid and accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain tight inventory control and real-time stock accuracy
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse teams across shifts
• Optimize workflows, layout, and labor productivity to meet peak demand
• Monitor and drive warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, throughput, shrinkage)
