About the role

The job holder will ensure the smooth management of the warehouse operation, with responsibility for the delivery of cost, service, compliance, people KPIs – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.
Responsibility for the warehouse day shift with a support and deputy role for Warehouse Logistics Manager as required.
Optimise labour and resources to deliver productivity and cost targets
Ensure accurate, high-quality inbound goods and investigate stock variances
Deliver operational plans (daily/weekly/monthly) to meet customer and business needs
Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Drive operational improvements, including layout changes and performance optimisation
Ensure full compliance with quality, legal, and Health & Safety standards, including audits
