Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory tracking, including cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.
• Ensure data entry and system updates are accurate and timely.
• Manage returns and damaged goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Act as Officer-In-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year of team lead level.
• Experience in cold storage facility and basic knowledge of supply chain management
• With knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Experience in inventory reconciliation
• Proficient in using warehouse management system, inventory control system and basic office software
