OverviewLead the Team and assist Regional Manager in implementing better Extension Model for Farmer connect for CF. Ensuring identification and thereafter sustaining uninterrupted supplies of Potato for the plant – month wise / season wise. Identify / Create / Develop / Grow / Sustain new as well as existing Agro contract farming pockets of Assam Lead the Storage Modernization Agenda in the region assisting Regional Manager Ownership toward Agro key quality and quantity deliverables – CF and NCF buying within PIH specifications Lead the relationship building with local government officials, Mandi Boards office & administrative officers drawing strategic alliance for business & CF sustenance in state of Assam.
