Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Operations

· Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

· Ensure goods are handled, stored, and issued accurately and in good condition.

· Monitor proper utilization of warehouse space, racking systems, and equipment.

· Supervise the safe operation of forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.

· Inventory Control

· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks.

· Ensure inventory accuracy in physical stock versus system records.

· Monitor FIFO / FEFO / lot control as applicable.

· Report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses to the Warehouse Manager.

Staff Supervision

· Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.

· Prepare and manage work schedules and overtime where required.
