Warehouse Supervisor

• Assist in managing field and warehouse staff and lead the team to achieve operational goals.
• Provide support to the Warehouse Manager in inventory control, inventory analysis, and timely replenishment.
• Supervise and oversee all daily activities and work inside the warehouse.
• Monitor the quality status of stored materials to prevent overstocking, shortages, damage, or loss, and ensure the safety of inventory goods.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve warehouse management processes, procedures, and operational standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports.
• Ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records.
• Assign, direct, and review work plans and tasks of assigned staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
