Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, including warehouse workers, sorters, and other support staff.
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to warehouse staff.
