Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and regular cycle counts
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Enforce warehouse safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, labor performance, and operational issues, in which it will all be reported to the management
• Resolve operational problems and handle staff issues as needed
