Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily cold‑storage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping.

- Maintain proper temperature levels and monitor logs to ensure product safety.

- Lead and train warehouse staff; enforce safety standards and PPE use.

- Manage inventory accuracy through FEFO rotation, cycle counts, and proper labeling.

- Supervise order fulfillment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance.

- Oversee equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs for cold‑storage systems.

- Ensure compliance with OSH and warehouse safety regulations; conduct safety audits.

- Coordinate shipping and receiving, including inspections of incoming goods.

- Maintain documentation for inventory, temperature monitoring, and operational reports.
