Team Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and accuracy.

Inventory Control

• Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and accurate.

Shipping and Receiving
