Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least a bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, and evaluating warehouse personnel, scheduling shifts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, conducting safety audits, and implementing safety procedures.
• Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
