Warehouse Supervisor

Leads and oversees daily warehouse and cold storage operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, order preparation, and dispatch of frozen products. Maintains inventory accuracy, enforces safety standards, and drives team performance in temperature-controlled environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff
• Ensure proper storage organization and accurate inventory management
• Oversee loading/unloading and order fulfillment
• Enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and cold facility protocols
• Prepare reports on operations, incidents, and stock movement
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and other departments

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse or cold storage
• Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse best practices
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Forklift certification is a plus
