Warehouse Supervisor

We’re now seeking a skilled and proactive PM Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimise warehouse logistics in Melbourne, ensuring seamless, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery across our fleet.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is confident managing people, processes, and performance around the clock.

• Lead, manage, and support our PM warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch assist our warehouse team to complete stock on hand checks, cycle counts, and investigate and correct issues with stock.
• Implement and refine operational procedures to drive efficiency, safety, and service quality.
• Manage key operational costs, including budgets, vehicle maintenance, and warehouse performance metrics.
