About the Role

The Opportunity
The Warehouse Supervisor manages day to day warehouse operations including staff supervision, to ensure inventory and shipping / receiving functions are operating at optimum levels and are continuously improving. Ensures implementation and management of process and policy to maximize internal and external customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
The Role
Implement and monitor Health and Safety programs designed to ensure our “Everyone Home Safe” initiatives are achieved.

Ensures a safe, clean work environment and well maintained assets, ready for daily Ops.

Ensures shipping and receiving activities are optimized to meet business requirements through hands-on interaction.

Supervises inventory integrity, turns, obsolescence, shrink and handling requirements to standards, targets and KPIs.
