- Use Lean Manufacturing Tools to assure we achieve the productivity- Assure that material send to production On Time- Achieve all the targets regarding Delivery to Customers (Internal/External)- Respond all the customer complaints, Found the root cause- Be part of the 5's Culture in office and also in the work floor.
- Be Part of the Safety in the Warehouses and all Danfoss Facilities, Helping and performing always with the Concept Safety First- Cyclic counting and continuous improvement strategies.
