- Maintaining the data of Collection & Packing Daily output and ensuring all information is correctly recorded.
- Answer all stores queries and concerns pertaining to the delivered quantity of Items, per SKU.
- Assign to create a monthly working schedule of Collection & Packing unit.
- Investigate delivery concerns raised by Stores.
- Update and create New Store collection daily.
- Monitor and update the status and percentage of New Store Collection.
- Collaborates with the Warehouse Supervisors and Team Leaders.
- Do the advanced scheduling of Collection per day.
- Submit Weekly Cancellation report to the Assistant Manager.
- Monitor the office supplies usage and issuance.
- Perform another task assigned by Assistant Manager.
