Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Job Summary The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading all warehouse operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate material flow in support of the Prefab Modular Data Center manufacturing environment. The role involves supervising a team of warehouse associates and material handlers, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating closely with production, planning, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-mix, low-volume environment and demonstrates strong leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.
