Mission: •Lead and oversee warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation, and shipments, in our Monterrey Plant 1 Responsibilities • Analyze warehousing performance, implement corrective actions, and manage projects to optimize warehousing processes. • Optimize warehousing activities and stocking strategy • Design internal flow architecture. • Assess feasibility and profitability of investments.
