Warehouse Operations Supervisor

What you'll focus on

• Lead, Control, and Monitor Operations:
  Oversee daily warehouse activities on the ground, ensuring all operations are executed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Shift Performance & Productivity:
  Monitor and report on shift-specific KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, throughput, and inventory accuracy. Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Returns & Quarantine Management:
  Ensure returns and quarantine trackers are always accurate and up-to-date. Proactively flag to supervisors when quarantine space is approaching critical utilization.
• Process Adjustments & Escalations:
  Implement process adjustments as needed to optimize workflow and address operational bottlenecks. Serve as the escalation point for major operational issues, coordinating cross-functional responses and communicating wit...
