About the Role
Daily operation:
Follow up plan and coordinate to related department to utilize resources to finish all operation plan.
Monitor daily operation for inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity to meet all operation KPI that customers require, and company and department target.
Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to be comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard.
Report, monitor and resolve issue on physical operation and system.
Project developing
Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation.
Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.
Review and propose solution to improve non confirmative issue.
Manpower managing
Update training content, provide initial training, and periodical training for operator of inbound, outbound o...
