About the Role

Description
 :Safety Leadership 
Lead, demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment ensuring that all safety standards, policies, procedures and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented and followed. 
Ensure that all safety practices and policies and compliance requirements are followed
Employees hold and maintain the appropriate safety training required for their position
Monthly spot audits are conducted and that at a minimum, safety TRIF and LTI targets are met, while always striving for zero
Ensure all training is completed and up to date for employees, updated in Workday 
Performs site safety inspections and daily walkthroughs. 
People Leadership 
Demonstrate clear and effective leadership to Warehouse employees 
Provide role and responsibility guidance, performance management, coaching, mentoring and training to support growth and development
