- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery documents
- Properly store, label, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
- Issue materials based on approved requests and maintain accurate issuance records
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of materials and equipment
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and project teams for timely material availability
- Prepare inventory, delivery, and stock movement reports
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the warehouse at all times
