Warehouse Material Handler

Job Overview:

Wafer storage / wafer splitting & issuing to assembly / wafer sort / wafer lot shipback / wafer scrap / system transaction / inventory count / wafer receiving.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Ensure wafer storage in n2 cabinet and segregate by customer.

2. Perform wafer issuing / splitting to back grind / assembly / wafer sort process.

3. Preparation wafer for ship back per customer request.

4. Ensure to record all wafers returned from production after back grind / wafer sort

and update into system before storage into n2 cabinet.

1. Preparation wafer for scrap per customer request.

2. Perform system transaction in factory work for each process.

3. Perform weekly and monthly internal wafers inventories cycle count

4. Perform incoming process and rt generation for wafer receiving.
