Warehouse Operations Manager

Salary: $90,000-100,000 (based on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible start/end time (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Additional hours may be required as needed.

Duties:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff and temporary workers
• Monitor KPIs to drive productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and inventory control processes
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and manage WMS/ERP systems to optimize workflow
