About the Role
Overview of Role:
The Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead is responsible for managing the efficient, accurate, and timely flow of goods across all warehouse and logistics activities. This includes inbound and outbound logistics, inter-org transfers, import/export compliance, shipping execution, and reverse logistics. The role is accountable for all logistics performance metrics (OTTC, OTS, freight cost efficiency, and accuracy) while ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
The Team Lead provides daily leadership to the warehouse team, drives process optimization, and serves as the first point of contact for Australia Post and other carriers. This position is key in ensuring customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and operational stability as the business scales.
