Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory activities.
- Assist with a broad range of warehouse tasks and allocate labour by area/activity based on volumes.
- Ensure compliance with service deadlines, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
- Check the conformity of goods (quantity, quality, damage).
- Optimize flows (layout, locations, order grouping).
- Onboard and train new employees in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Perform inventory receipts in ERP system.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Contact transport for shipments.
