Warehouse Executive / Senior Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse system
• Perform stock control activities including FIFO, stock rotation, and basic stock count
• Support daily manufacturing requirements and material movement
• Coordinate closely with Production, Shipping, and QC/QA teams
• Inspect incoming goods and ensure proper handling and storage
• Prepare and process warehouse-related documentation
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Comply with company quality, food safety, food defence, and Halal requirements
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
