- Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (may include weekends/holidays depending on operations)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform accurate and timely encoding of all incoming (receiving) and outgoing (dispatching) transactions in the company's inventory system or ERP software.
- Update physical stock cards / bin cards and digital records to reflect actual stock movements (receipts, issuances, adjustments, returns).
- Conduct regular cycle counting of assigned warehouse sections or items as per the established schedule; investigate and report any discrepancies immediately.
