Job Summary

The Warehouse Encoder is responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining inventory and warehouse-related data. This role ensures that all incoming and outgoing materials are properly encoded in the system to support smooth warehouse operations and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and update inventory data for incoming and outgoing stocks
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of deliveries, issuances, and stock balances
• Verify quantities, item descriptions, and supporting documents (DR, PO, SI, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding stock movement and discrepancies
• Generate inventory reports as required by management
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and reconciliation
• Ensure proper filing of warehouse documents (manual and electronic)
• Follow company policies on data accuracy and confidentiality
