Warehouse Encoder

The Warehouse Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining records of warehouse transactions, including inventory movement, stock levels, and item details, into the company's database or inventory management system. This role ensures that data related to warehouse operations is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available to support smooth warehouse and supply chain activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Encoding

• Accurately encode incoming and outgoing warehouse documents (receiving reports, delivery receipts, stock transfers, and returns).
• Input details of inventory such as item codes, quantities, descriptions, and serial/lot numbers into the system.
• Maintain accuracy of records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.

Inventory Monitoring

• Update and track stock levels to avoid discrepancies.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports....
