Qualifications:
- At least college level
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or data encoding is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems, spreadsheets, and data entry tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Description:
- Encode inventory data such as item descriptions, quantities, serial numbers, and locations
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking physical inventory against system records
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports and documentation
- Assist in stock reconciliation and periodic inventory counts
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams regarding data discrepancies
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse records
- Follow company policies and data confidentiality standards
