About the Role

What does the job look like?

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a critical planning role within our Government & Defence team. As the Warehouse & Distribution Specialist Planner, you’ll be responsible for managing the flow of goods, ensuring stock levels are optimised and products are ready to support dependencies. Key areas:

  • Management, investigation, analysis and resolution of operational and system issues

  • Ensure all inventory is received and dispatched in line with contractual obligations and KPI requirements..

  • Providing continuous improvement of processes with focus on controls, revenue assurance and deficiencies identified by the commonwealth and other key stakeholders

  • Ensure management controls are in place including auditing of site operational and system processes

  • Develop, coordinate and implement plans that will lead to improvement in W&D functions.
