Position Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator leads day‑to‑day warehouse operations at Polaris Monterrey, overseeing warehouse supervisors and ensuring efficient execution of receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and experience working in high‑volume environments to support production and logistics performance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or materials operations.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with lean principles and inventory‑control systems.
