About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Label, palletize, and stage orders for outbound delivery.
- Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
