About the Role
· Receive delivery of materials from various suppliers.
· Prepares gate pass of materials issued to various projects.
· Countering of receipts from various suppliers.
· Encoding invoices and delivery receipts.
· Checking of tools returned from site.
· Issuance of requested office supplies to various departments.
· Performs physical count of inventory.
· Recording sales invoice and delivery receipts to logbook and have it received by purchasing clerk for item receipts.
· Monitor samples and materials for return, transfer and for disposal.
· Prepares weekly IT Related Report
· Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
