As we scale our international trade operations, we are seeking an organized, efficient, and proactive Warehouse Executive to oversee our inventory control, logistics coordination, and daily warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of import/export goods.
Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate warehouse records, including Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), packing lists, and stock cards.
Stock Control: Conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure physical stock matches system data, minimizing discrepancies.
