Warehouse Associate

Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment and Supplies distributor. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, highly motivated Shipper/Receiver to work at our Distribution Center in Truro, NS.

The shipper/receiver is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound orders, operating forklifts and other equipment, utilizing RF/barcode systems, and conducting inventory cycle counts and facility organization.

What you bring to the team:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is considered an asset
• Experience operating a forklift is considered an asset
• General knowledge of inventory control, WHMIS, and Dangerous goods
• OH&S and First Aid Courses are considered an asset
• Experience working in an HVAC environment is considered an asset
